Clam Dip with Sour Cream Recipe
Makes 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (6 ½ oz) can minced clams, 2 T juices reserved
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Stir sour cream, clams, reserved clam juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a medium-size bowl. Cover and chill before serving.
