DIRECTIONS:
Heat tater tots according to package instructions and bake until golden and crispy. Adjust oven temperature to 400F after tots have baked. While the tater tots are heating, spray a 9”x13” baking dish or tray with cooking spray and set aside. Remove casing from chorizo and cook over medium-high heat. While cooking, break up into crumbles and cook until cooked through. Drain excess oil. In a bowl, add cooked chorizo and Heluva Good! Nacho Queso Supreme Dip and mix until combined. In the prepared greased baking dish or sheet tray, add tater tots. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheddar and ½ cup of pepperjack cheese over the tots. Add chorizo and black beans evenly over the tots and add the remaining cheese on top. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Drizzle with Heluva Good! Nacho Queso Supreme Dip and top with tomatoes, green onion slices, and cilantro. Enjoy!
