Smoked Cauliflower Recipe
Makes 20
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Large heads of cauliflower 
  • 3 Tbsp grape seed oil
  • 3 Tbsp smoked paprika 
  • 1 tsp cayenne (optional) 
  • kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
Break up cauliflower crowns into bite sized pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to oven safe sheet pan. Place sheet tray into preheated oven set on broil. Carefully watch the cauliflower. Broil for several minutes on each side (you want to slightly char on the outside). Be careful not to over cook, you still want some slight crunch.
