Wicked Hot Heluva Good! Chicken Nuggets

INGREDIENTS:
9oz of spicy cheese puffs
2 lbs of boneless chicken breast cut into 1 – 1 ½ inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place a wire cooling rack on top of a baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray. In a food processor, blend the spicy cheese puffs until the texture resembles breadcrumbs. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and add salt and flour/cornstarch. Whisk until combined. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Heluva Good! French Onion Dip, salt, and 1 large egg until well mixed. Add Chicken pieces and mix so that chicken is coated in the dip mixture. Working one piece at a time and with tongs or a gloved hand, remove the chicken pieces from the wet mixture and transfer to the spicy cheese puffs crumb mixture. Toss around and coat the entire nugget with crumbs. Arrange the nuggets on the wire rack placing them 1 inch apart from each other. Use additional racks if needed. Bake the nuggets in the over for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve your spicy nuggets with some Heluva Good! French Onion Dip and enjoy!
