Jalapeño Cheddar Nachos Recipe
Makes 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 9 oz. bag corn tortilla chips 
  • 1 15 oz. can black beans 
  • 1 16 oz. container fresh chunky salsa 
  • 1 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives 
  • 1 avocado, diced 
  • 8 oz. Heluva Good!® Colby-Jack Cheese, shredded 
  • 12 oz. Heluva Good!® Jalapeño Cheddar Dip
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange the corn chips on a large platter. Distribute evenly over the chips the black beans, salsa, black olives, avocado and shredded cheese. Place under a preheated broiler just until cheese melts. Remove from broiler and top with dollops of dip. Serve immediately.
